love service monster for our hvac business. we use it for scheduling, quoting and invoices and its a fraction of the cost of service titan.
We've been using Service Monster for over five years now, and it's been fantastic! Their team from Growth VIP also helped us build a website, which turned out great. Justin Stone has been super helpful throughout the process!
I’m mandated by my franchiser to use this software. If it were up to me, I’d go somewhere else. Their app is constantly having issues, they fix one problem, they create two more. It seems to be never ending. The desktop version is more stable but is extremely slow at times. They seem to work at the speed of a sundial to fix these issues. 3 stars is being generous. I’m disappointed overall.
There software is riddled with bugs. I wouldn’t recommend them.
The app is not great. Constantly crashing, requiring logging in, not showing schedule, lacking of text features, and the UI is bad. The website part of the crm is also equally as bad. Needs many improvements.
