1 star is generous. We were a paying customer with Service Uniform for 4 years. As the agreement was coming to an end, I made it clear multiple times to their route driver that we would not be renewing. Each time I was told it would be handled and that a manager would follow up. That follow-up was consistently delayed. When I finally connected with a manager, I was told I needed to send a written notice and that they would provide the details. It has been a constant fight with this company. For years, they have tried to go against our contract and it never seems to end.
Service uniform has provided our company with excellent customer service. They make sure all our uniform and supply needs are met. They resolve any issues right away. I highly recommend you give them a try
