We had a deeply disappointing experience with Service Uniform in San Antonio. While their services include business uniforms and rug rentals, it's their contract practices that raise serious concerns. One of their sales representatives had an employee—not an authorized decision-maker—sign what appeared to be a routine service acknowledgment.
