After canceling and sending in a certified letter, they still chose to automatically renew my account — even after I requested cancellation almost 8 months ago. Now they are refusing to accept my cancellation form, claiming it “wasn’t sent on time,” and are demanding over $6,000 to cancel the contract. Absolutely terrible customer service and a horrible company to deal with. They do not care about their customers and use shady business practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE. SCAMMERS.

1 star is generous. We were a paying customer with Service Uniform for 4 years. As the agreement was coming to an end, I made it clear multiple times to their route driver that we would not be renewing. Each time I was told it would be handled and that a manager would follow up. That follow-up was consistently delayed. When I finally connected with a manager, I was told I needed to send a written notice and that they would provide the details.
