We are located in Talkeetna and Service Transportation delivers all of our UPS and FedEx packages. With 3 businesses plus our household purchases, we receive a lot of deliveries, often with multiple boxes for one order. Our driver, Ian, is the best. He goes above and beyond to get our packages delivered to the right location every time. We appreciate Ian and Service Transportation for making rural Alaska living more convenient. Thank you!

I am very very disappointed and upset in this service. I ordered Christmas cards and had them shipped to my PO Box via 2nd day air. I ordered on December 4 - a little late, but plenty of time to get them and send them back out. They arrived, according to tracking, in Anchorage on 12/9, were marked “delivered” on 12/14, and I finally called on 12/21 to see where my package was after the post office didnt have them.
