The young lady who helped me was so patient. My computer was acting up and was running very slow. She patiently waited for me to get my computer up and help me to complete the process of Setting up my account. She continued to let me know that it was OK while I waited on my computer. I really appreciate good customer service. It’s hard to find these days.
After hours and days of research, this company has the largest on line presence in terms of good reviews, satisfied customers and their coverage seems to be excellent and a great value. I haven’t used them yet as I haven’t had the need ( knock on wood) but I’m sure they will be terrific once I have to use them.
worst company , cancelled my contract for non payments while the payment was from credit card that was not expired and in excellent standing. They made error from their side and blamed the dealership for not providing them my email but they had everything when i contacted the dealership. lost almost $600-700 for making 2 years of payments and then they don’t even listen you , they just play the blame game. worst company.
This is the second BMW I’ve owned the first one I did not have an extended warranty on it and boy did that cost me a lot of money my second BMW that I have now is under warranty and this is so worth it hopefully I’ll never have to use it but it’s good to have peace of mind knowing if I do have to use it everything is covered I highly recommend SPP! Excellent customer service they allowed me a bunch of times to change my payment schedule, always a friendly nice operator on the phone.
First of all thank you for all your assistance! I still haven't received my vehicle back just left it yesterday and too soon to tell what the outcome will be. Waiting patiently. One thing though, I've been trying to get on the Assurant sight to look up my claim but It's asking for my zip code and not taking it. Waiting for tomorrow to try again.
