Excellent customer service. I mistakenly thought the company had deducted a payment too early. I realized that was not the case After the agent took his time to slowly go over my account with me. The agent was excellent, and this was my first interaction with the company. I am very impressed so far.
I recently paid off my amount I paid it off with ease and without any problems since they don't use checks or money orders I didn't have to worry about the payments not being received on tíme or lost in the mail which was great. NEVER AGAIN! Don't use this company ever! They screw you over! I purchased warranty after the car was bought. Never used the warranty and canceled it because my daughter didn't want it. They kept most of what I paid in. Yes I understand prorated but that much is CRAZY! Then they didn't send the money to me but sent to the dealership. They also never communicated that a payment had been sent anywhere. I filed in November. Now it is February and still nothing! All they do take take take.
First of all thank you for all your assistance! I still haven't received my vehicle back just left it yesterday and too soon to tell what the outcome will be. Waiting patiently. One thing though, I've been trying to get on the Assurant sight to look up my claim but It's asking for my zip code and not taking it. Waiting for tomorrow to try again.
