This is the second BMW I’ve owned the first one I did not have an extended warranty on it and boy did that cost me a lot of money my second BMW that I have now is under warranty and this is so worth it hopefully I’ll never have to use it but it’s good to have peace of mind knowing if I do have to use it everything is covered I highly recommend SPP! Excellent customer service they allowed me a bunch of times to change my payment schedule, always a friendly nice operator on the phone.
First of all thank you for all your assistance! I still haven't received my vehicle back just left it yesterday and too soon to tell what the outcome will be. Waiting patiently. One thing though, I've been trying to get on the Assurant sight to look up my claim but It's asking for my zip code and not taking it. Waiting for tomorrow to try again. After hours and days of research, this company has the largest on line presence in terms of good reviews, satisfied customers and their coverage seems to be excellent and a great value. I haven’t used them yet as I haven’t had the need ( knock on wood) but I’m sure they will be terrific once I have to use them.
This is my second BMW owned the first one I did not have a warranty and boy did that bite me in the ass this is my second BMW and I have the warranty hopefully I’ll never have to use it but it’s good piece of mind to know I’m covered if I have too I also would like to say they have excellent customer care they allow me to change my payment schedule around several times always a nice friendly operator on the phone I highly recommend them.
I am still in the process of the situation I had, and can't give a full review. But, the representative was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
