Excellent customer service. I mistakenly thought the company had deducted a payment too early. I realized that was not the case After the agent took his time to slowly go over my account with me. The agent was excellent, and this was my first interaction with the company. I am very impressed so far.
It was a great time and experience with Bill, an employee I spoke with @ SPP. His customer service was top notch. He is more calmer, clearer and helpful with the right information i sought, and he gave me more information too. Thanks Bill, and many thanks to the team at SPP.
NEVER AGAIN! Don't use this company ever! They screw you over! I purchased warranty after the car was bought. Never used the warranty and canceled it because my daughter didn't want it. They kept most of what I paid in. Yes I understand prorated but that much is CRAZY! Then they didn't send the money to me but sent to the dealership. They also never communicated that a payment had been sent anywhere. I filed in November. Now it is February and still nothing! All they do take take take.
Best customer service I've experienced in a long time; call was answered promptly both times and each time the representative knew exactly how to address my issues. To top it off, I was able to understand EVERYTHING the representatives said....quite unusual these days.
I recently paid off my amount I paid it off with ease and without any problems since they don't use checks or money orders I didn't have to worry about the payments not being received on tíme or lost in the mail which was great.
