I needed to change my payment plan a little bit due to being in the hospital for a month. I had just returned to work and had to catch up 1 payment that was going to be 2 wks late on payday. Christian listened to me and resolved the issue quickly. He was very professional and friendly during the entire process!

I brought a car and got extra coverage with this company, but they didn’t explain everything to me, so now I’m out $800.00!!! I trusted them and I read the contract and they didn’t explain everything to me. They have a mileage amount that if you go past it, you’re not covered. I thought it was good for 3 years, not by the mileage if you drive a lot, you lose!! Always check before you sign! I trusted wand I got screwed!!
Daisy had all the answers to my questions, quickly cancelled a service plan on a motorcycle that I had traded in and is the most pleasant customer service rep I've ever spoken to!
Excellent service. My dealership said they cancelled my contract. A month later I called service provider and said they did not cancel my contract. Service provider emailed me a cancellation form to fill out and email them back. Thank you for excellent customer service.
