Everytime I’ve looked at going elsewhere - and I have considered a number of other options at points - I am reminded just how good their service is and how they’ve looked after me so well, often through the poor efforts and service I’ve experienced with the big four - slow, sloppy and anonymous. In regards to my mortgage, the Service One loans team has consistently bent over backwards to give me the best rates and assistance that is friendly, personalised and precise.
I have had to update my bank accounts after my wife Judy passed away and found the two ladies in the Tuggeranong branch most helpful and compassionate in my time of grief. I am most greatful for their assistance and kindness.
