Scam company. 0 Stars. They will mess up your taxes. When they get your documents they will be impossible to get ahold of after. I call every available number. Get sent to voicemail every time. Voicemail says "We will call you back within 24 hours." Lie. Still no call back. No email back. No nothing. I show up to the location. It's empty and closed. Even at operating hours. Apparently it's by appointment only. Good luck setting that up. I owe the IRS $30,000 now because of your work.
I am calling the BBB on this company. I went to them to do my 2023 and 2024 taxes. They filed my 2024 but never filed my 2023 YET they still charged me for filing my 2023 taxes even though they never did them. I called Tre and texted him for the past few months and no answer. I called him today and he has me blocked. I stopped by the office but no one was there. Do not go to these people!!!
Deejon Johnson worked on our tax return, I been conducted her several time, email, Txt, calls numerous times and even went to PSL Blvd location but she is no where to be found. Never responded my calls. She took all service fees in advance already and I still have not heard anything from her!
