Scam company. 0 Stars. They will mess up your taxes. When they get your documents they will be impossible to get ahold of after. I call every available number. Get sent to voicemail every time. Voicemail says "We will call you back within 24 hours." Lie. Still no call back. No email back. No nothing. I show up to the location. It's empty and closed. Even at operating hours. Apparently it's by appointment only. Good luck setting that up. I owe the IRS $30,000 now because of your work.

Highly not recommend for sure
Only if I could leave no stars, I would. Bossuet (Bobby)Lormeus is not only tremendously unprofessional and deceitful but utterly incompetent. This “team of experts” is not thrilled and definitely do NOT assist in maximizing or even RECEIVING your tax refund. I was met with a rude and unresponsive team member when bringing up legitimate questions and concerns regarding tax returns. Please, for anyone reading this, save yourself from having to deal with this place!!
