Had 3 Anderson screens with metal spline repaired. Said spline was not replaced. Repaired windows have inferior rubber spline that does not color match frame. Honesty so hard to find anymore!
Started off with the quote: Said the guy could come on his way to work at 06:00AM or on way home at 2:00PM. Really? We picked the way home. Never showed up and no one answered the phone. Got them to come the following week. Guy walks in and immediately says they will be more expensive than any other quotes because they only do “big jobs”. Why did you come then ?
