Great people work here never have any issues
I would not go to this place to cash a check ever again. On 12|20|25 @ approx 11:20 I went to cash a Federal Credit union check. (Couldn’t do it) I understand that but I had another check from the company i work for in which I’ve cashed hundreds of before. The lady didn’t even run the check just made an excuse as to why I couldn’t and that was it. Terrible service. The female behind the desk absolutely hates her job and it shows. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Also there should be no reason why you have to sign your check in front of them. A valid ID/License should be enough proof.

Called before I went and they said if I came before five, they could verify my check and have me cash it. So wasted my time driving there just for them to say their manager wasn’t answering. Now again today I’m trying to cash my workers comp checks and the manager isn’t answering to confirm them because she’s in a “meeting”. They are the only place in the area that cashes checks and unfortunately workers comp doesn’t do direct deposit so now I’m stuck dealing with this with no money.
