Beware! We were misquoted for an auto loan and the payment amount continuously was changed each time rising more and more. When we asked to speak to a manager they “Placed us on hold“ to review the call log and BAM the call is disconnected... called back to wait for a manager and the same thing happened again. Think we got a call back... of course not.
