DONT GO HERE. Although the girls who work there were very kind I definitely wouldn’t trust them with my money. Very un organized. I only went there for an auto loan and was told I would have the tittle at 2 months tops. Since they didn’t have the tittle I was told by an employee at the Epping location that I wouldn’t be able to register or insure my vehicle until they had the tittle. Great service, wish they were still open until 7 during the week.
Awful bank. We had fraudulent charges that amounted to 1100$ and the bank said they wouldn’t be able to issue a provisional credit until after the case gets looked at which could be 10 business days. We have 3 children and just had 1100$ stolen - the bank should provide a provisional credit to help you until the investigation completes. We are pulling all our accounts and getting away from these people. This is extremely messed up the bank should have insurance for this, to be able to help people in the case of fraud.
