The staff are always friendly, courteous and fast with all my banking transactions. Very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me make the best financial decisions.
Employees are rude and would not help me when they couldn’t fit my full name on my card just sent me right to the office number. While they were helpful it’s 2 weeks later and I still haven’t received my card
Friendly staff. I work and live close to this particular branch so I might be a bit biased but they have always treated me well. Heather has been a huge help setting up my account. Overall a great experience every time I am there. Always helpful and attentive thanks guys and gals!
Normally this bank has superb staff. Heather P is a bit rude and because of that I'll be closing my account. So many other banks out there that's for sure!
