This place should not even have 3 stars. Had wanted to change my social worker since the one I have is degrading…. Try to call and do just that and the person over them didn’t reply back to a message. Then when I do get connected… am met with aggression, annoyance and reluctance to help with changing my social worker? No one ever answers their calls ever… people are really mean. It’s like you’re better off not even trying to get help if that means being belittled and such. Honestly a disgrace of a service
This place doesn't care at all I was stupid enough to trust them
My child has been receiving services for years. She has had several caseworkers throughout the years. She has had only had 1 person that was completely unprofessional. Each caseworker before that and since then, has been truly professional kind and compassionate. They have given us many resources and information that has completely improved my child's quality of life and enjoyment. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend them.
