Skip these guys. You'd think they'd be better because they're small and local, but I had a better experience with PNC. I made a mistake with my auto-pay coming from the wrong account, they called me once, a couple days later I thought I fixed it but apparently it didn't work, then they reported it to credit bureaus as late without another phone call. Yes, I made the mistake when using their online interface and not ensuring that my payment was made, but I had the money in my account there and ready to pay. They also sent let... read more
