Very unprofessional service. They lied on the paperwork, after I told them that they had put the wrong information on the paperwork initially. This could have damaged my chances of winning my case, if it had gone to a higher court. Also Zoe Boxsall works or worked for this business and I think the other person who wrote a review is a lawyer friend. Just seen the reply of course you won't find the name KitKat, that shows the lack of nouse your business has. Also with your response, you assumed that the problem could be fixed ... read more

Paid for urgent service which they delivered on BUT they took an additional 4 business days to get the document witnessed which held things up for me.

They have technology problems with their website contact form and receiving emails. We decided to go with another provided after first having to follow up our online enquiry via phone after 10 days, and then after they claimed they hadn't received our email replies.
