I have been served on the 24th of December but then had a traumatic accident and spent many many days in the hospital and wasn't able to find the paperwork when I came back I called this constable and even though she hadn't served me she helped me track down so much information it's almost ridiculous you can definitely say she went way out of her way and bent over backwards. I really appreciate how friendly these people are .
Constable Alger was nothing short of spectacular!!! Her knowledge and professionalism were superb. I ran into problem on the day of filing, luckily Constable Alger was able to take the time and make everything right. I don't think anybody else would have done or even put the time in that she did in order to make sure the job was done correctly. She takes great pride in her work and that is why she is so successful. Highly recommend!
Constable Alger is prompt, available, professional, and friendly. Her website includes a questionnaire that asks for more info that she needs to find and serve the correct person - that helped. While I was evaluating her, she said about service "some are easy and some are a hard way to earn a fee, but I will do whatever it takes to get it done". She got mine done in one day, and took the time to keep me informed. Thanks.
Constable Jackie returned my call within a couple hours, and was able to meet me the same day - on a Saturday. She was courteous, professional, explained the process, and updated me every step of the way. She got the job done in a few days, and even followed up with me after the job was done to make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend her and would not think of using another constable service other than hers.
Ms. Alger is very professional, prompt, and appropriately priced. She accomplished service for my law firm on a very difficult Defendant to serve. The service took several attempts and when other process servers would have given up, Ms. Alger made sure the job got done. Her communication was always prompt and she kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend using her without any hesitation!
