Helpful and kind staff. Grateful for their knowledge.
They offer the Blue Shoebox program for the kids. My son enjoys the contents of the boxes that come once a year. He likes that they offer money for completing easy tasks that help learn about banking. He also looks forward to the free money he gets from his fistful of change on his birthday. It is a helpful way for kids to make a deposit.
Really frustrating that we cant use 1 of two branches. Urbandale branch is closed because they are short staffed. Pretty insane that you cant keep employees so the rest of us have to suffer and be inconvenienced. Makes sense why the quality of service has gone down since I worked there and why I can never speak with anyone . May need to take some serious thought, too how their lack of services is affecting their customers, especially those who can’t travel to Des Moines
