Terrible experience. I had two auto loans with different balances due monthly. On multiple occasions, they applied the wrong payment to the loans. This resulted in late fees and wasted time making multiple calls to fix. Most recently, I made a payment and they deposited it into my account. Another call to be made. I’m sure I’ll get an apology, but really - just fix your issues. Never again.
