My Trust Review with Linda Trang was incredibly valuable. Linda is clearly an expert in the area of Probate and Estate Planning. This is the third iteration of my Trust and Linda called out issues and things to be concerned about that were clearly missed by my previous attorneys. Those errors and omissions could have caused significant legal issues in the execution of the Trust. Linda has excellent communication skills breaking complex issues down in a clear and understandable way.
Linda was great! She advised me on the proper transfer of my home title/deed into a trust to avoid future probate. She also alerted me to potential pitfalls with the transacation and provided additonal advice on managing assets in a trust.
