This review if NOT about this business but product they are selling through #BRICK store. Their warranty itself is self explanatory that customer may land up in deep trouble as I am. Its 6months period and if you are reporting sagging of mattress after that- you are not eligible. Even if you try to file a claim before warranty period - they require specific images with specific way to photograph them- you seems to needing a pro here- our claim was denied by saying this is COMFORT issue- its NOT !
