How dare this dealer steal money from my college student son took 2 keys bought on Amazon to ruin one and couldn’t get the other programmed. Then charged $395 for cutting and supposedly diagnosing why the key would just crank but not turn the car on. We had someone else program that same key that was cut correctly and in 5 minutes made it work for $120. We go to dealers trusting that they will do right for our cars. But yet they are charging so much to rip us off.
Great people willing to help and inform me of repairs needed. Drew Curtis is very responsive to customers and always willing to help.
As soon as I pulled up I was greeted. I was checked in and shown the way to the waiting room. Waiting room was very clean! My truck was clean and everything was great!
