Ordered a $60 black forrest, and it taste nothing like a black forrest cake. No cherries, chocolateliquor, nothing moist about the inside. It was basically a cream and sponge cake inside. Very dissapointing.

Bought the spainsh rolls They r not fresh so dry and the pastry break all in lots of pieces Spainsh and cheese taste so awful with so sour and salt also so off Will never buy that place even again

I picked up 3 small slices of cake, strawberry torte, black forest, and fruit tart. Everything is very dry and inedible, the same itself has no flavor and the dry texture makes it the worst cake we have ever had. The frosting has a bad oily texture that may have come from margarine of some sort. Overall worst purchase, just they look good on the display but taste-wise, I would give zero stars if there was an option to do so.

Bought suppose Black Forest sponge cake for the occasion. So disappointed, sponge cake was dry and tasted so off stale. Could literally taste it with first bite. No one knows how long this shop keep their cakes on display. Instead Woolworths vanilla jam sponge cake would have been fresher with better quality. I regret buying cake from Sergio’s.

Never buy a cake from this place, people. because they have been selling cakes for a long time and don't care. She touched his hand and said that it was soft and new. It is very rude to ask young and old women to take a letter from a doctor who doesn't care about the health of a really rude person all the time.Never seen these kind of person 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮I didn’t refund i just left cake that shop.
