very unprofessional and rude front desk person They guarantee you will walk away without paying anything, and no points but that's a lie paid more money to them, and I have to go to school, and I have to pay court fees better off using ticket clinic. It would've been cheaper and I wouldn't be forced to go to school
I called this law firm because I saw a few good reviews, but I also saw a few bad ones. At first. I didn't see why there were any bad reviews because the front desk lady seems very nice. We even had a very long conversation over the phone when I signed with them to fight my ticket but I guess they do all that just to get your money. Because after that, I never heard anything from them again. Not a phone call. Not an email. Nothing I paid them.
