Not what it use to be. No one ever answers the phone and rarely return messages.
The union is phenomenal. I've found them to be very helpful. The only thing I don't like is that it's in lower Manhattan. The office must be relocted to allow members to drive there. Nobody is going to be happy with congestion gouging
