I had a beginner's meditation class with Mara yesterday and it was an amazing experience. I instantly felt comfortable and safe in the space and Mara brought the class to an inner place we felt deeply. I loved this class.
I've been looking for a place like Serentity ME, especially since I'm a new mother. I get the opportunity to try new classes, like meditation, and sound healing, while leaving my toddler in their childcare program. They are incredibly kind and generous people - and my daughter loves them! Thank you for making my life so much better!

SerenityMe is one of the most comfortable and loving settings and has been instrumental in my personal growth. Each meditation and yoga instructor are incredible whether you're a beginner or experienced. I always leave in a better mood and learning something new, the studio and it's energy with the incredible community joining is quickly making this one of my favorite spots in Portland
