We booked the Serenity for a Celebration of life and were more than pleased. The crew was accommodating and professional. We provided our own food and refreshments which were setup and served by the crew. The entire experience was likened to hitting the 'easy button' for our family in a difficult time. I will not hesitate to refer them and will use Serenity again in the future.
I had a great experience here! I was DJ & MC here for Taylor & Jack's wedding. As a wedding and event DJ in South Florida, including Pompano Beach, and Fort Lauderdale, I can truly appreciate good hospitality. Rebecca, Kevin, and Captain Chris were very hospitable, and this yacht is beautiful and well maintained. Highly recommend!
For us this was a low end experience void of friendliness or hospitality from the staff. Dinner was a small serving of frozen Walmart-like lasagna and a chintzy salad, followed by Walmart-like cake. I do not recommend. It’s better to take the water taxi which provides a better cruise experience and discounts at a long list of restaurants.
The intercostal was ok but not great. Lasagna was good. I don't recommend.
This is a very lovely trip on the Intercostal. Capt Chris is very nice and informative. The food was pretty good too. Glad we took this trip.
