The entire office staff at Serenity go out of their way to make every visit the best. They are beyond accommodating on any schedule. They are great listeners and offer helpful tips to make a healthy journey possible. I was so surprised when I got a call that I had won a gift. They are a 10 out of 10.
They make you feel like family. Answered all questions and concerns, made me feel extremely comfortable for all of my appointments. Are extremely accommodating. Certainly went above and beyond at times that I got off late or needed to come in last second. I received weight loss medication. The first medication I took, I ended up feeling extremely nauseous. I love Serentity Wellness. Everyone is great - very welcoming and works with you to achieve your healthy objectives. My favorite part of the center is the gentle way in which they poke my butt. I am afraid of needles, but the kindness as I am asked to pull my pants down is much better than prison. In fact, I was also taught a way to relax my butt cheeks before getting a shot in my butt - something I wished I knew when I was on ship for long periods of time. Their smiles great you, and their professional♡ awe inspiring♡ broad spectrum of services keeps you coming back for more. I started my weightloss journey at a morbidly obese weight (for my age and height) of 262lbs. Had my first visit today with Michelle. I felt valadated for how I have been feeling lately. She listened to my concerns and gave me a lot of information and communicated very clearly what my treatment plan could be and the expectations. So happy I made the appointment.
