My husband and I booked a couples soak. We have been trying for 5 days to contact the spa via text, call, email and no response. All we need to know is our appointment date and time. If the company has such poor customer service that they cannot answer a simple question, I can only imagine how I will be treated when I arrive. This is rude unacceptable customer service and has left a very bad taste for serenity day spa.
Enjoyed a lovely hour of wine tasting and foot soaking here with 3 friends. Not sure what went wrong for the people with negative experiences. We had a room with comfortable seating and the door was closed during our session. No people passing by looking in as expressed in another review I read. Our hostess was very attentive and friendly too. Would definitely do it again.
