I am so happy with the care that my mom receives in the Memory Care at Serenity Village. She has been there for around a year now and the staff is nothing short of exceptional. She is safe and genuinely cared for. The communication is excellent, and we always feel informed and supported. Serenity Village is truly a one-of-a-kind place. The staff are not only professional but incredibly warm and caring. They treat each resident with the same attention and respect they would give their own family. I’ve seen them take the time to learn residents’ favorite meals, help them stay involved in hobbies they love, and even play music or sing along to brighten someone’s day. The caregivers and staff at Serenity Village are absolutely outstanding. The team goes above and beyond every single day, treating residents with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. I’ve seen staff take time to sit with residents just to talk, hold their hand when they’re feeling anxious, or celebrate birthdays with decorations and homemade treats—little things that make a big difference. Their dedication shows in everything they do, and it truly feels like a second home.
Serenity Village is the absolute best! I don’t usually leave reviews, but, when it comes to loved ones, this is important! I was no longer able to care for my dad at home. It was a difficult decision trying to decide where he would best be taken care of! I tried 2 other care facilities, that were not good! Then I found Serenity Village, and They are Amazing! Best place ever! I can sleep at night knowing that my dad is being well taken care of! Peace of mind is priceless, Thank you Serenity Village
