My husband and son were about to leave for an appointment. When they went to get into the van, there was fresh wet blood on the floor that they were expected to step into as they were getting in. My husband told the driver about it, so she got out to clean it up. My reason for this rating is that before contacting them that she was here for them, in my opinion, she should have already had the mess cleaned up.
