Great company providing great service!
The consult process with Serenity Tax is amazing, however the actual tax service leaves a lot to be desired. The first year I had them prepare my taxes they didn't get me a piece of information that resulted in a pretty substantial amount being owed to the state and city and then in my second year with them, from bad advice on what to do with quarterly tax estimates and payroll based on my business structure I ended up receiving a massive refund. Despite contacting this company in January, uploading all requested documents, by mid-March as well as a phone consult in February with the person I thought was supposed to prepare my taxes - heard nothing from them by mid-April - except that my tax return was "in the Que". Emails and phone calls were not returned. I finally located a tax preparer who agreed to meet with me less than 24 hours after I contacted him - he plans to have my return completed in 2 weeks. I do not recommend this business!
Serenity Tax and Accounting had been wonderful! They have helped to much with this last year of uncertainty. They helped us a great deal with the PPP loans and recommending the right direction for our business. Super friendly and always willing to take a call. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
