Inconsistant . i am still homeless. Why is topsfid so inconsistant? One day they are accepting apps and i am being told to hurry with the app. And all of a sudden they are telling me they are not accepting apps!!! No explanation and QUITE rude about it. Now its next to impossible to find housing due to Covid 19. Thanks again Victory!! M
