Amazing service. Great staff.
Called to see about booking a massage day of because I was interested in a Groupon they had available. The receptionist then tells me they have exceeded their Groupon limit for the day (at 10AM)....complete BS.
My wife and I booked a couples massage and it was spectacular!!!! The massage therapists we had were amazing! My wife had Diana she said she was great. I had Antoine and let me tell you he was marvelous! I have never had a better massage, I am so relaxed and literally have never been so tension free. You will be upset if you don't go see them.
I was shocked at the conditions of Serenity Spa. The deco and smell was lacking that of a Spa located in a Luxury hotel. I had neck tension and was excited in getting a body massage. However, the massage therapist was not very experience. I left with the same neck tension along with a headache. The whole experience was not relaxing. When you go to a Spa you want to be pampered. Senenity Spa every noisy, no candles and no aromatherapy smells.just not a relaxing experience. The Serenity Spa should be in a mall not a luxury hot... read more
