Adriana is the most amazing kind of soul! Her sound baths are an absolute delight. Very intentional and you can tell she has had great training!
If you have never treated yourself to a soundbath, then you are missing out. Adriana at Serenity Sounds is a beautiful soul with an amazing gentle, sweet, and healing spirit. The feeling of sound vibrational therapy will touch every cell in your body. As a mental health nurse practitioner I recommend this as a part of your healing journey.
