My first sound bath experience and it was AMAZING. The setting was immediately soothing. Celestial lights, lavender scent (not overpowering), mats, blankets, bolsters, eye masks.....everything to maximize comfort. Adriane's voice and use of the sound tools put me in a state of complete and utter relaxation. I would highly recommend trying a sound bath. You will leave much more relaxed than when you arrived.
This is truly one of the most relaxing, calming experiences I have ever had! Highly recommended!

Serenity Sounds was the gift I wanted but didn’t realize I needed Adriana has created a beautiful ambiance to fully experience the soothing sounds in creating a immersive experience.
Great overall experience. Adriana was welcoming, kind and explained the entire experience with us. I will definitely return again, it was so relaxing. (picture included was after we've finished).
