I have moved to a new area and this I truly miss
My husband and I were in a group sound bath at Serenity Sounds with Adriana. The sounds she produced with her singing bowls and other instruments were beautiful, calming, and surreal. We were both so relaxed we went home and sat in silence the rest of the evening. We didn’t want it to end. We’ve been to her sound baths before and we will go again.
Serenity Sounds hosts the most amazing sound bath experiences! The space is beautiful, warm and inviting! The props made the experience even more comfortable and everything was set up and ready when I walked in. I left feeling so peaceful and balanced after a stressful week. I have already booked my next session and I am so looking forward to it!!
Serenity Sounds creates such a peaceful, welcoming and safe environment that allows for such a beautiful experience. Rarely can I find ways to quiet my mind and this was such a reprieve from the hustle and bustle. I attended with my 85 year old grandma, mom, aunt, sister and friend. We all walked away feeling a deep sense of peace and relief. I personally found it helpful in my healing journey through postpartum. I couldn’t recommend this enough!
