This was mine and my friends first time at a sound bath and it was amazing! We left feeling so relaxed and re connected with ourselves and our bodies. We are grateful for the experience which felt comfortable and safe. We will definitely be back!
What an amazing experience! The Lavender Dreams Sound Bath was truly wonderful from start to finish. This was my first time attending one of Adriana’s classes, and it felt so refreshing and restorative. The sound bath we experienced was amazing. The atmosphere allows one to feel totally relaxed so one can enjoy the effects of being in a sound bath. This is so good for one's soul that you must experience it. Intimate and very relaxing.
I cannot say enough good things about this experience! it is unique, relaxing, healing, and magical. You will feel the peace from the moment you arrive and no doubt leave more relaxed and focused. While many may be skeptical, there are few (if any) things I have experienced that are as effective and enjoyable as this experience. I am already looking forward to next time!
