I have been working with Sherynne as part of her monthly Lunar Group for the past 3 years and have learnt so much from her during this time. I’ve also had the pleasure of undertaking multiple one on one Wonder Sessions which help me gain clarity in my direction and always leave me feeling positive and inspired. Sherynne is so knowledgeable and has a very special gift in getting the best out of people whilst providing a calm and supportive space. I always look forward to our catch ups and highly recommend her services.
Recently had a Reflexology Massage with Serenity Sounds. It was so relaxing and healing for my sore feet. I actually felt a shift in my entire body. Sherynne explained this is because of the pressure points that connect to organs etc being activated by the reflexology massage methods, the aromatherapy essential oils used to treat and relax, the deep breathing exercise she had me begin with and the meditation music playing in the background.
