They didn’t take good care of the residents and were not patient. They did not keep my moms bedding clean nor her water cup. They didn’t change her enough. And when she moved out, they stole her Vitamins and we had to buy new out of pocket. Very terrible place that treats their elderly like prisoners. My moms new home is great! She has her own room, a tv in her room, can use the bathroom and is not forced to wear diapers all the time. She is treated like a person not a prisoner. Sadly the prison does a better job. Website hasn't been updated since I was the administrator there in 2018. It's all about the numbers, not the residents.
