The staff is very friendly and seem to be well trained. Both buildings are well cleaned and taken care of. Couldn't find a better place for your loved ones to have the help they need.

My mother has resided here since June. First in assisted living building and later moved into the memory care building. Staff are very caring of the all residents. Due to a smaller setting, staff seem able to get to know the residents and their particular needs/likes/dislikes. The place is always kept clean inside and outside.

The staff are excellent to work with at Serenity. The Nurses are always kind and helpful and really have a love for the patients. I been involved with other Assisted Living Facilities but none who give better care than Serenity. I highly recommend...

My Mother recently became a Resident at Serenity Place Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility in Ft. Payne, Alabama. I cannot say enough positive things about this assisted living facility! They have been wonderful. So helpful in moving and making the transition to a new home for my mother, who is 95 years old.
