Administrator is trash needs new management. very unprofessional and very high on favoritism. don’t care about residents leaves residents in soiled diapers for 12 plus hours. post residents on private social medias

My mother has resided here since June. First in assisted living building and later moved into the memory care building. Staff are very caring of the all residents. Due to a smaller setting, staff seem able to get to know the residents and their particular needs/likes/dislikes. The place is always kept clean inside and outside.

The staff are excellent to work with at Serenity. The Nurses are always kind and helpful and really have a love for the patients. I been involved with other Assisted Living Facilities but none who give better care than Serenity. I highly recommend...

My Mother recently became a Resident at Serenity Place Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility in Ft. Payne, Alabama. I cannot say enough positive things about this assisted living facility! They have been wonderful. So helpful in moving and making the transition to a new home for my mother, who is 95 years old. This facility should be shut down or under new management . Truth is they don’t care for the residents. Stealing meds morphine of dying residents and making the shortage as spills ! Shame on you
