Amy took my $300 and did not produce a damn thing. my court date came and went and I had to pay another $300 to another paralegal since the work that she could not do. Amy is completely useless and I suggest you go to anyone else but her.
Do not use Serenity Paralegal Serv. The woman, Amy, does not prepare documents in a professional manner. I gave her ALL the facts to prepare two documents for me and even prepaid her $450 and what I received back was insulting. One of them wasn't even written out on the proper county's forms. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for professional document preparers. Sincerely, A very unsatisfied customer!
