Have been here once & I loved it.. tried to book in a second time & no response to emails so booked through the website. There was an email confirming my appointment & when I got there the doors were locked & no one was there. Still have not heard back from the spa & it has been 4 days now.. customer service is 100% not efficient at this time.
Jessica Beckingham is the best RMT I have ever been to. She has firm, strong hands and will find and work out all the knots or any other issues you may have. She's very talented and very knowledgable in her field of work. I highly recommend Jessica!
Had a great experience with Heidi, I will be coming back for sure :)
RMTs are consistently good as I am a customer for many years now. Direct billing is a big convenience.
