My wife and I have been to a lot of massage and we both agree that this is the best one. It’s no fuss, you show up, no dumb paperwork, and they walk you right back to your room. I workout a lot and consider myself a big guy, and would recommend this place as the only place to give a true deep tissue massage. I went here for the first time and got a Thai massage. It was good. What caught me off guard was the transaction after the Massage. I used cash and tipped but she was not happy with the tip and proceeded to make me feel very uncomfortable telling me 20% is mandatory. Mind you I always tip well for an excellent job and usually do 10-15% standard for anything else. It was such an awkward conversation and for that reason I will not be returning or recommending this place.
I had a great experience at Serenity Massage. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and really took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted out of our session. They were attentive, professional, and made the whole experience feel personalized and relaxing. We have been many times and the service and prices are very good. We no longer live here, but always go back when we’re in town.
The massage was great! The place was noisy, which takes from the experience. When I complained after the massage was over the lady at the desk tried to blame it on the next door chess training place. It was clearly heard from inside of their facility.
