Very professional group, this was our second time here, once last year and again recently, glad we returned
I received a gift card for Serenity and was extremely excited to use it. When I entered the code online to book the massage, I received an error message. After trying a few different variations on the code to see if it was a problem with the way I typed it in, the code still didn't work. I then tried to reach out to Serenity for help via the phone number on their site, text, Insta account, and even stopped by to see if I could get help.
