I have had three massage sessions with Louise, and each one has brought noticeable relief and healing. She's been working on my sinuses and scoliosis using a combination of myofascial and lymphatic techniques, as well as cupping, heat therapy, and other supportive methods. I feel lighter, less tense, and able to breathe so much better. Her approach is intuitive, gentle, and deeply therapeutic. I'm truly grateful I found her and I'm looking forward to continue working with her.
I’m so glad that I found Serenity Massage / OC Bodywork. Louise has 30 years of healing experience and she really understands allowing the body to heal naturally. In some cases prescription medication can be avoided when the lymphatic system is working optimally. She helped clear my lymphatic system pre and post surgery for quicker healing time. I’m now using cavitation to clear out cellulite and remove toxins. Highly recommend to all my friends!
