I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Serenity Massage OC Body Work & Wellness. In my opinion, this business does not provide a welcoming, respectful, or healing environment. I felt mistreated as a minority customer, and my appointments were canceled and changed in a way that felt unfair and discriminatory. Louise is an incredible healer — her depth of knowledge across multiple modalities means she's able to truly customize each session to what my body needs in that moment. I went in to Serenity Massage for a much needed massage/facial and Louise went above and beyond my expectations! To start off, I immediately felt comfortable in the space thanks to her warm and inviting personality, it was easy and fun to chat which made me feel even more relaxed. This place is exceptional! A real find for us. They accommodated our scheduling needs and the therapists really listened and customized the massage to what we asked for. Above and beyond. Highly recommended!
Yazmin was incredible! From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by her with my name. She made sure she understood what I wanted from our visit. She was very kind. Her massage was absolutely one of the best I have had hands down.
