I am from Virginia and wanted to do a gift certificate for someone in Aurora. I spoke with a gentleman last evening (Wednesday) and he said to call back the next day (today- Thursday) because he was not at the office but he can help me any time "tomorrow". So I called back today (Thursday) as he asked and was told by a woman that she can't take any credit card until Saturday. We booked a 4 person spa day, for a bachelorette weekend! When we got there the place is small, cramped, the walls were dirty and on one of the doors there looked liked there was a blood stain. The carpet was stained, the walls were stained and our 3 robes....yes 3 for 4 people were oddly stained in awkward places. The 4th person got to walk around wrapped in a sheer sheet.
