What can I say? Measurable and repeatable performance improvements through Simon's expert advice and his practical applications of physical therapy. I had post-op ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair rehab with Sion and couldn’t recommend him enough! He is extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable, not only about this type of injury but many others too. Sion puts genuine time and effort into each client’s recovery, tailoring programmes to suit individual needs and regularly checking in to make sure they’re effective. After rupturing my bicep and receiving poor NHS physio I visited Sion at Serinity for treatment. Sion was brilliant he provided an excellent recovery plan for me which was detailed, professional and has helped me above and beyond what I could have hoped for. Absolutely awesome! My back had gone into spasm and I could barely walk or stand up straight and I was in pain. I was sceptical about what I could expect from this session but I was very pleased with the results. After a hour I was able to stand straight and walk out and hardly any discomfort. If you have any pain I would highly recommend
Sion is a miracle worker,.very knowledgable and very thorough. 2 visits with different issues, walked in in pain and walked out fixed. Can't recommend him enough.
