Good bargains
Bought 2 outdoor bar stools through a 3rd party vendor (Kohls). Shipped via Fed-Ex. They were delivered with 2 broken feet. I decided to try and skip Fed-Ex and Kohls and go straight to the manufacturer. What a pleasant experience. Fast and easy email exchange and they are shipping them to me free of charge.
