Tracy is a one of a kind practioner. Absolutely brilliant in her approach, skill and understanding of the body. Her space is set up beautifully and I am completely at peace in her presence. 200/10 would recommend.
I recently had a fantastic experience with Tracy for craniosacral therapy. I wasn’t very familiar with this type of treatment beforehand, but it turned out to be exactly what my body needed. The session took place in a warm, calming space where I immediately felt at ease. Tracy’s soothing presence and gentle approach made me feel relaxed from the start. By the end of the session, I felt an incredible sense of calm, and my nervous system felt completely reset. I highly recommend her services and look forward to returning.
