I recently had a fantastic experience with Tracy for craniosacral therapy. I wasn’t very familiar with this type of treatment beforehand, but it turned out to be exactly what my body needed. The session took place in a warm, calming space where I immediately felt at ease. Tracy’s soothing presence and gentle approach made me feel relaxed from the start. By the end of the session, I felt an incredible sense of calm, and my nervous system felt completely reset. I highly recommend her services and look forward to returning.

Incredibly intuitive and healing! Went for increased movement with hip problems and Tracy helped immensely! Nothing else has helped, but she knew where to massage and make me feel better. Thank you!

Tracy Knapp is absolutely exceptional! She treats my needs with absolute care and attention. I have Cerebral Palsy, and I have gone to numerous massage therapists in the mainland and nobody does the job as well as Tracy. Last week I went up to see her and she did singing bowl therapy to finish off the treatment, and it was absolutely amazing! I loved it so much, and I still feel relaxed from it.
