Such a wonderful experience.
Have done paddle boarding with Sarah and have done yoga at Bahia Honda several times also, love the practice and guided meditation at the end of sessions.
Their paddleboard classes are AMAZING!!! What a FANTASTIC business!
How lucky are we?!! A place where you can rent your paddleboard or kayak and book a SUP yoga session or other great adventure! Right here in BPK!!
