Horrible Customer Service Well I have to say that I am not thrilled with my visit to Serenity Day Spa I went there with a gift card that my husband had purchased for me as a christmas present and I hadn't used it until recently to get a manicure and a pedi after I got the service I was told because I was a no call no show for an good reason I am sure during the past year, They get to void out my $86 dollar gift card for a manicure and pedi I was like no way and the lady had no sympathy what so ever !! and she didn't tell me ... read more
not so nice! i went here a few times as i travel north from time to time,you would think they would pick up the pace a bit,after all it is 2008,,its like 1989 in there,the way they look and from what i saw the staff doesnt really care about wht they are doing ,they act like they are working in someones house,,and funny cause thats kinda what it looks like.try abitare down the street.
The absolute best of the best! Try for yourself!!! The staff at Serenity Day Spa are so welcoming and serene! I have had many services here and every experience exceeded my expectations! May I recommend the Classic Facial and the Deep Tissue Massage by: Kelly!! I have been to many spas around the world and she is the best at what she does! Well worth my hard earned money- See for yourself! Treat yourself-YOU DESERVE IT!!
a day of pampering Serenity Day Spa will give you or your loved one a day of pampering. I have used gift certificates for here several times and the recipient was always thrilled with their day of pampering. They offer such services as: massage, hair & nails, body treatments, and skin care. Some of their prices are a little high, but if you want to spoil someone it is well worth the price.
Great Staff Everyone here cuts and styles hair great. The staff is very friendly. They do nail, waxes, and make-up consults. They even take time to teach teens how to do make-up. A+ salon.
