Rachel Cole, PhD of Serenity CBD, acted pretty unreliably! I had ordered some CBD the 1st week of December. I also asked her three or so times to mail it to the correct address. Rachel mailed it to the wrong address, and it never arrived, and she also stated it was en route to Des Moine, Iowa. Since I paid $100 and had waited 2 weeks for my order that never arrived, Rachel explained it was misrouted, so I asked for a refund of my money. Rachel Cole, somewhat not easy to find on internet - I ordered some CBD to continue preventative medicine. It never arrived. I ordered some and paid $100.00. Rachel said the the oil ended up going to a destination out of state- I finally said to cancel and that I want a refund of my money for a product never delivered to me.
