I have just finished my last session with the amazing Kevin! I wasn’t able to walk into a room without feeling anxious and out of place. I really struggled with crowds and meeting new people. I can now walk into any room without feeling anxious and hold my head held high - I feel very empowered! I have my life back , I feel so very happy and would recommend Kevin to anyone! Well what can I say..... for the last couple of years I would wake up early in the morning with a nervous stomach, to the moment I finally get to sleep (it was starting to rule my life). As a parent, you feel at a loss when you your child is feeling low and you can’t help them. NHS waiting lists are exhausting while your child struggles with everyday life and anxiety. My son has benefited greatly from his sessions with Kevin. My heart swells to see him now taking on challenges that seemed impossible to him before. I would highly recommend Serenity by Kevin.
