what a breath of fresh air. After developing a medical condition. I worked with Kevin to remove negative thought patterns which were limiting my daily activities and made me a social phariah. Kevin over a few sessions challenged everything i though about myself and really made me think about how my perpsective was flawed. A no nonsense invidual no hols barred character which i was immediately drawn too.
I found Nicola's support very helpful, and the reasons for the suggested techniques were simply explained, very supportive throughout. I will keep up my brain physio as I call it, because it works. Simple as that!
I don't know where I would be right now without input from Nicola. She has been amazing. She is friendly chatty and very knowledgeable in her field. Would definitely recommend for anxiety related issues
On meeting Nicola for the first time I was quickly put at ease and over the 6 week period I was not only given many strategies but also information on why I do what I do in regards to anxiety.
