I had a horrible experience at this facility. I went there after receiving surgery. I called used the call the nurse feature and they took forever to come to my room. I used the restroom (urinated) on myself 3x. They took forever to provide me with my pain medication and by the time that they gave it to me; I was in EXTREME pain. They did not change me until the following day. Maybe, it was my experience. I do not remember any of the staff members names who were helping me.

I don’t know what I would have done without the incredible staff at Serenity. They’re so attentive and friendly. The COVID precautions also made me feel so safe. Thank you, Serenity!

This place met all of my expectations and more! I am so glad my Dr. recommended this beautiful, place. Everyone here was so amazing and and went above and beyond to make me comfortable and pain free... absolutely reccomend this place to anyone needing post surgical care thank you so very much 😊 p.s. (April and Tina are the best at what they do!)

Stayed July 16 & 17 after major surgery. Felt safe and well cared for. Great food (sad no appetite). Bottom line, if you can afford it I highly recommend. I had an excellent stay, all the upsides (nurses, care, room) of a hospital with non of the downsides (noise, overwhelmed nurses). A one or two night stay worked well for me.
